About Us
Soniza was established in 2015 as a truly independent consultancy with a focus on facilitating change through technology improvement or replacement.

In 2018 Soniza changed their focus to not only cover technology but to understand and advise on the wider aspects of business services. This now includes business process optimisation in relation to customer experience and IT and resource management, both in terms of people, but also in terms of technology, automation and optimisation.

This approach allows our consultants to truly advise on helping facilitate change through our 360 degree review and holistic understanding of our clients.
