The Client: The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is a multidisciplinary professional engineering institution. The Institution dates back to 1871and its worldwide membership is currently in excess of 167,000


The Project: Soniza completed a UC strategy in order to support the clients wider 'Cloud First' initiative. This concluded in a procurement of a replacement Unified Communications solution.


Project Outcome: From the work completed by Soniza, The IET were able to achieve cost savings, increase resilience, implement an agile working practice for staff and contract with a proactive partner.

The Client: Penguin Random House is the largest publisher in the world. They help nurture new and established talent to create informative, entertaining works.

The Project: Soniza were commissioned to review the Wide Area Network and Internet connectivity. The project included a benchmark against market rates and commercial negotiations with the incumbent supplier. 


Project Outcome: Penguin Random House were able to realise extensive cost savings while maintaining services and gaining better service levels.



Diabetes UK

The Client: Diabetes UK is a British-based patient, healthcare professional and research charity


The Project: Soniza were asked to review previously submitted proposals and help make a recommendation on a preferred supplier.  Following this Soniza helped Diabetes UK negotiate commercial proposals and SLA's.


Project Outcome: Diabetes UK were able to award the contract at market rates, saving tens of thousands of pounds a year and also benefiting from improved services levels, better management and more transparency.
