Soniza has won a new client providing business support services to over 1,000 clients. Our commission is to review the technology, service and business processes in order that the business becomes more efficient and can support more customers without increasing headcount. We will investigate digital transformation in the service offering, efficiencies to be gained through technology and A.I. and working practices to be adopted and managed in the future.
